Embrace Papatūānuku

This is a nature-inspired workshop that brings teams together to reconnect with the natural world and each other. Designed for workgroups seeking to enhance collaboration and resilience. This workshop uses the power of nature and arts to foster team connection and personal renewal.

​​Workshop Outline:

Introduction and Warm-up:

  • Settling into the natural environment with grounding exercises to build group synergy

  • Acknowledging Papatūānuku and reflecting on our connection to the land

  • Setting intentions as a team and exploring the significance of nature in building resilience

Main Activities:

  • Nature Connection Discussion: Teams will discuss the benefits of nature-based practices for wellbeing and team dynamics. This conversation will highlight how engaging with nature can reduce stress, boost morale, and enhance team resilience.

  • Art-Based Engagement: Through collaborative art activities using natural materials, teams will explore themes of connection, gratitude, and shared purpose. These exercises encourage open communication and support team building in a relaxed, inspiring setting.
