This is an engaging and reflective workshop designed to help teams build resilience, clarify their life directions, and cultivate personal grounding strategies. Through group discussions, grounding exercises, and visual art-making, teams will explore their current challenges and create a personal keepsake that serves as a reminder of their inner strength and future goals.

Introduction and Warm-up:
